Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Kyvera ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you engage our Business Central consulting services or use our AI tools (Kyvera Assist and Kyvera Insights).

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and billing information when you create an account.
  • Support Interactions: Questions you ask our AI assistant, feedback you provide, and any attachments you share.
  • Business Central Data: If you use our BC integration features (Pro tier and above), we may access data from your Business Central environment as needed to provide contextual support.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, including features used, pages visited, and session duration.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies with your consent.

Advertising Measurement

We use the Microsoft Advertising (Bing/MSN) Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag to measure how effective our ads are — for example, whether a visit that originated from an ad led to a booked call or a quote request. This allows Microsoft to set cookies and to receive page-view and conversion events from this site. We do not send your name, email, or report details to Microsoft. You can opt out of Microsoft's personalized advertising on the Microsoft ad settings page.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our AI support services
  • Respond to your questions and support requests
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send service-related communications
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our platform
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate our platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Stored credentials and API keys encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM
  • All traffic encrypted in transit with TLS
  • Account passwords hashed with bcrypt — never stored in plaintext
  • OAuth 2.0 for Business Central integrations — we never see or store your BC password

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Chat logs are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Your Rights
